Although this appears to be a sempervivum, the defining differentiation between the two (as I understand it) is that jovibarba babies are virtually stemless and roll away from the parent plant when ready to root. These young plants are called rollers . This sort, however, is the kind that spils down the middle and makes new plants that way.
